What action should I take, Concerning Drugs. I say this because next door the tendant is dealing.?
Next door in this apartment a person is dealing Drugs. I set up a security system to protect my wife. The alarm went off and I went out back and sure enough he was taking money in exchange for Drugs. Not on camera, I saw it myself. He exclaimed in a acousted maner that "he was Dealing, so F–king what" Isaid nothing and went back into the apartment. Since then I have installed a lock on the gate in which the traffic flowed and it has almost stopped all traffic. A wall in which the next door tendant had installed was kicked in. He claimed that it was a fire exit that I had locked and contacted the main apartment office. I had a fire inspector look at the property and said it was not a fire exit and to lock the gate since it was attached to my apartment. I slowed down the activities on the side and behind my apartment and installed a motion Detector device to light up the space behind my apartment. The next door tendant said "I was history, if this kept up" interference. What should I do

the "twitchy" horror movie special effect?
The effect in which the motions of the monster are twitchy and violent jerks instead of a normal fluid motion that is normal walking. My question is what is this effect called specifically? Within the industry I suppose, the jargon. In case I am not specifying enough what I am referring to you can witness this effect in movies such as the first "grudge" on the security camera when you see the shadow walking "twitchingly" toward the tv and in probably the best example in the "House on Haunted Hill" 1999 remake, when the "un-dead medical staff" are twitchingly walking on the security camera as Mr.Price watches it approach his wife. My friend briefly told me once that since the human brain interprets movements at certain frames per second and expects certain fluid motion that the "twitch" effects tend to frighten people. I am extremely interested in finding out more, any help to point me in the right direction to some resources would be much appreciated! Thank you..

What Can I Do About Prowlers?
I have someone prowling around my house at night time, and sometimes they even come in my house (Laundry Room only). There’s a screen door back there but even locked if you pull hard-enough it’ll come open. They can’t get to us in the actual house cuz of 2 locked doors. I have a suspicion of who it is, but i can’t be for sure. I can’t afford security cameras or security motion sensor lights. What can i do to catch the prowler and what can i do to keep them away? I’ve already let my Police Department know whats going on.
Can’t buy a gun, cuz i’m a convicted felon. 2, Arkansas doesn’t have a "Make my day" law.

I basically need a "nanny cam" to record (motion activated) activity in my bedroom, when I’m not home. Things are getting stolen. It has to be not noticeable. I’ve been looking into it. Is it better (as far the recording of the action) to get a USB DVR (just plugs into PC), a portable DVR or a DVR PCI Card? I can’t have one that plugs into my VCR for 1) I record shows while I’m @ work & 2), it would be noticeable if my VCR cut on when someone walked into the room. There are so many options. Is it better to get it separate or something that already has everything needed? I need a pinhole or covert camera that motion activated & can record on something other than my VCR. Color & audio would be a plus, but not necessary. I’ve reasearched till my head hurts, but I’m still no expert & want to make the right decision. Thanks!
