Hidden security camera help?
Our dorm suite has had some recent theft issues. I am looking for a hidden camera device that I can use for my own personal room since I have "lost" some cash recently. Our individual doors do not lock except from the inside so when I’m at class I can’t keep it locked.
I would like some ideas on hidden cameras (I want to catch the person instead of deterring them).
*Motion activated is a must.*
*Does not need color, B/W is fine.*
*Needs video, not pictures.*
*Needs to be discreet.*

You want a small camera. You can get those from X-10. Those are not too expensive. Another option is that if you have a webcam there, you can record from it. You can record motion by installing webcam software on the computer. When it senses motion, it can start recording. Here are a few options:
