No, they deliberately cut down on the Blair Witch Regurgiscope feel; even the hand held moments are pretty smooth.

Yes, there is a lot of unstable camera action in this movie. I am prone to the same sickness and I couldn’t finish this move and had to leave 20 minutes after the movie started. The movie has a combination of still cameras and handheld, which the handheld camera makes you nauseous and makes the movie unbearable to watch.
First 2 movies from this series didn’t make me sick, but this one did.
